CHAPTER IV / THE ANVIL / BROWSER-ONLY MODEL

The Anvil sells art. Never proof.

Start with twenty illustrative NFT positions and no tokens in the reserve. Model a purchase, watch return capacity appear, and inspect what happens when the pool closes.

An Anvil purchase transfers the artwork only. It carries no proof credential, proof score, rank or reservation right.
Not a live exchange. Every position, balance and action below is an illustration in this browser. It is not a minted NFT, wallet balance or smart-contract test.

Purchase-funded pool illustration

This interactive example starts with twenty modeled NFT slots in pool inventory, zero credited reserve, and one sample wallet holding 200 TEST_LEGEND. It demonstrates a proposed fixed-price accounting path only.

Modeled phase: Active

Current capacity: BuyOnly

Inventory I20 / 20 slots
Credited reserve B0 TEST_LEGEND
Cash claims C0 TEST_LEGEND
Raw balance R0 TEST_LEGEND
Sample wallet200 TEST_LEGEND
Protocol treasury0 TEST_LEGEND

Proposed model quotes

Next FIFO purchase

Buyer debit 101.5 TEST_LEGEND. B increases by 101 TEST_LEGEND. Protocol receives 0.5 TEST_LEGEND.

Selected slot purchase

Buyer debit 102.5 TEST_LEGEND. B increases by 102 TEST_LEGEND. Protocol receives 0.5 TEST_LEGEND.

Normal return

Seller receives 98.5 TEST_LEGEND. B decreases by 99 TEST_LEGEND. Protocol receives 0.5 TEST_LEGEND.

Model actions

The sample wallet is the only normal trade actor. 0 of 5 normal model trades used.

Return unavailable: Modeled NFT slot must be an integer from 1 through 20.

Closing and accrued claims

Model Closing begins immediately from Active. It is not a real timer, chain clock, scheduled action, or offer. During Closing, a held modeled slot may be redeemed once: B decreases by 99, C increases by 99, and the holder and protocol receive accrued claims. Raw balance R stays unchanged until cash claims are modeled.

Closing redemption unavailable: Modeled NFT slot must be an integer from 1 through 20. Advance to Closed unavailable: The model can advance to Closed only from Closing. Cash claim unavailable: Cash claims become available only after a Closing redemption. Project residual unavailable: Project residual is available only after the model reaches Closed.

After the model reaches Closed, new redemptions stop. Accrued cash claims remain executable. The optional project residual action can release only credited B and leaves C protected.

WHAT THIS EXPLAINS

Visible arithmetic.
Not a deployment claim.

This model uses proposed fixed test values. It does not implement signatures, real gas, oracle prices, actual proof verification, transfer callbacks, permissions or chain time. Those require an actual contract implementation and separate tests.

Before real trading

Contract code and tests, a frozen eligible inventory, authenticated token and vault addresses, deployment readback, and clear participant terms.

A paid formal audit is not required for a mock-only testnet exercise. This model is not a substitute for implementation testing.
